    I did that and it is a MICS DR 7.1 Considering that, I was able to locate the correct installer manual for phone system. Thanks. I'm sure there will be more.... What is the preferred template?

    I have a Norstar Plus Modular ICS 0x32 system and no experience. I have wiped memory and now trying to follow the manual to enter config mode. I am expecting to see A. Configuration in the display, but instead I see Terminals&sets. What have I done wrong and where would I get direction to work...

    Thanks... I can not be certain about any config as the info comes from one who knew one who worked at the office of the gifted switch. I know, I know.... that source of information is full of loose ends, but that's the story I got.

    ipolmans, I think this is what I need to do for one of my subscribers. They want to press an extension button and someone in another town or county would pick up as if they were in the same building..? Can you provide info on how to do, or where to find details to enable this function...
