it depends on wether you want the caller to hear the greeting or the agent:
a VDN of origin announcement can be made so the agent can hear what type of call is coming in.
If you want the caller to hear a greeting, just use an announcement in your vector just before queue to skill.

we do the same here:
we have a ASPECT ACD coupled with tielines to the Ericsson MX-one and record both the ISDN-30 Pri's coming in to the ASPECT and the tielines between.
The latter, because we have calls coming from ASPECT to Ericsson and vice-versa.

at the moment we play with the WRAP options in the COS, but the question we have is, how to report on this.
which flag/talbe/field in the ASPECT reports we have to use?

Its a permanent position offsite and its a full OWS which should handle all callf from 8:30AM till 18:00PM.
After that it can go to its default local Night-answering.
As its traditional TDM based OWS, the suggestion of singhbrindisi for the VoIP-gateway is a good one i guess.

We connected QSIG (i dont know if its the same as Q931)
to our ASPECT for redirecting traffic to and from a AVAYA switch.
i dont know for the other protocols..
