We are using the LiveLink document management WSDL provided services to store documents on Livelink.
we are using the CreateDocument operation to upload the document to LiveLink. But when are trying to upload it again it is giving us the response that document already exists.

I need to attach certain attributes to the Document as metadata while publishing it.

I did referrred to LiveLink GUI. The parent ID that is passed in SOAP request is of the folder in which I need to place the file.
I checked the folder and it is empty as of now.
Please identify if I am missing anything here. Thanks!!
