Thanks For All The Help. I have used all the suggestions and they have helped a WHOLE bunch!! I did a capture and was able to inport thet in to an exell spread sheet where very little adjusting was needed.

We have adjusted all the timers to max and minimum and the most we can get the cell to ring is 3 times. There are cases that we need the cell to ring more than 3 times. The primary ext rings once then the cell with start ringing just before the second ring. Being that the cell only rings 3...
No the cell does not pick up. The cell rings 6 times before vmail picks up when called directly. There are times that 3 rings are not enough for the user to get to the cell. Thats why we need to have the system ring it longer if possible.

I did just so. Killed and rebuilt with another set of numbers and no problem. There is an issue with the ACID that we were trying to use. What would cause this issue? The user was built and the phone was built with no issue untill Acquiring?

(Banging Head on desk) I just descovered where my issue is. Whomever setup the TTY's flip flopped the labeling. The DIGI is actualy TTY 1 and the Dialup is TTY 0.

I need to diable a TTY port in my option 11c. I have tryed in LD 37 DIS TTY x, DIS ttyx and I get an err code IOD009. I know commands are sometimes different in the 11's than the 81c that I usualy work on but not sure if there is a different LD and /or command for this or not.
