Re-booted this morning, problem solved.

I should also note, I did name the group as to its function. I know if you name a line the CLID won't work so I wonder if naming this group is the problem...

Just ran into this very issue a couple of weeks ago on a new installation. One phone would not pass DTMF through to an AA, a cold restart on the system fixed the problem. Ken
