    Exchange is filtering good emails

    I have filtering enabled on my server but there are some emails that are being sent to "D:\ExchSvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Filter" folder that should not be. How can I tell what caused the server to filter it? How can I make sure these emails get through? Thank you
