Is the an outlook dialing for CUCM 6.1? Basically what we are looking for is the ability to click on a contact and have outlook dial via Cisco IP Phone.
We currently have two Unity issues. We can't import users from exchange. When we attempt to the import the field to select the correct domain is blank. I looked around the DOHPropTest tool and under GC Monitor the Default Domain field is blank. Cuold that be causing the problem?

Thanks ptdog. I think its the WAN also. But we have the worst WAN group I've have ever seen. They feel because this project was done by DiData its not their problem. So we have been fighting with them internally. Our Cisco SE just got back to us and he is claiming its the WAN.

One of our remote offices went SRST a few weeks back. The remote office has 70 phones and a 3845 router connecting to a call manager across 128K WAN link. Calls aren't crossing the WAN. The only voice traffic going across the way is for signaling back to call manager. SRST...
Has anyone come across a vendor or application that can automate changes in call manager? We do a lot of adds and changes and it would be easier if there was a way to make all the changes and have them run at a set time after hours.

I've tried multiple amounts of seconds with no such luck. half a sec,1 sec, 2 sec, and I never get a second dial tone. Could there be a command I am missing? The phone that I am testing with is from 1985 but that shouldn't matter right?

My office is trying to change the extension from 4 to 5 digits. We made sure verizon is sending us all 10 digits over the PRis and changed the MGCP gateways to set the significate digits to 5 but we still can't get a 5 digit extention to ring. Am I missing a something?
I am looking to upgrade our Exchange message store from 2000 to 2003. We are currently runing Unity 4.0(5). Cisco says Unity support Exchange 2003 but from what I can tell only on fresh installs.
Has any one been able to upgrade to 2003 and still maintance Cisco support?
