It's definitely a talk off issue. Live calls do not disconnect only calls within the UX Mail when leaving messages. Also end users have said they hear "your message has been sent" while leaving a message.
Doe anyone have the tech notes for making adjustments to DTMF listening for a UX Mail?
I have a site that has had minor issues in the past but are having more issues recently with "Talk off" causing the message to stop recording and send.

Anyone know of a way to get around the Department group all ring only by using DID's? I need to have all agents ring however they are using Pots trunks right now.
The reason is, they are using software for screen pops and a ring group would cause their pc to pop a new client every time a call...
