Endpoint was deleted from the environment to allow it to re-login after the re-installation. And http://epname:9495/logfile even shows the scan id, which means info is collected but nothing is written back. Machine name and ip address are still the same.
Pls ask more questions if it will help...
Harddrive was formated and endpoint re-installed, before that, collection was okay. Endpoint has been uninstalled and re-installed several times to try and fix this problem.
After successfully scanning an endpoint, I get a scan id but no information is written back. If I scan it with other endpoints I get a scan id all the others write back but this one does not. Please help.
