Whoops I see it, you said the BCM is Rls5.0 well then don't use Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0.15 but do try an older version of Java 6 - like update 20. You gotta love Java for its backwards capacity...not.
You can collect a PC to the RAD via a RS232 cable. Load the NRU Management Software on the connected PC and then use Remote Desktop to access that PC.

Sorry forgot to note, you now need to purchuse a “License Server Software” which is installed on the user's PC. and provides licensing to each installed 2050 IP Softphone client.
So you can download for free but you now have to purchase a Keycode License for the user PC to install/use it.

Because if it is, the BCM doesn’t allow "WAN VoIP" paging only “LAN VoIP” and I haven’t heard anything different with the newer releases. I know this might sound stupid, VoIP is VoIP but Nortel never addressed this issue...
Need a little more info. Analog or DID number? Are you using a hunt group to answer or is it assign to an ext? Do you want it to go to a VM box or have AA answer the line?
