Predictive Dialer for the BCM
Does anyone have any predictive dialers that have worked well for a Nortel BCM system? Looking for a simple solution for a school to be able to call out and alert teachers of cancellations.- madtek

The new 7406E on old CICS
I have a customer with a CICS 2.0 Expanded. They are looking to purchase a 7406E. I've looked over the Norstar Compatibility Guide and can see that a 7406 will be compatible with a CICS 2.0, but I can't see where the 7406E fits in. I've been burned by the 7316 and 7316E aren't always similar...- madtek
