I have an IPO 406 with IPOffice Manager 5.2(55). I have 2 4424D phones, 2 5420's and 13 5410's. I have been asked to get headsets to put on the 4424's. From what I have been able to find (mainly in Merlin related documentation), I am supposed to program a Headset Hangup button for the phones...

Has anyone had any problem with the display name associated with one of the buttons on the EU24 just disappearing and then reappearing some time later ? Not all at once...just one name from one button, maybe two. Then they come back, and it happens to some others. So far I have not seen any...

I might be reading it wrong, but it seems to say you can have two per module. We have 2 on the IPO box and 1 on the expansion module.

You are right, tlpeter. They are 4450's. How did you know you can only have 2 per IPO ?

If I am looking at the right place, the DS16 is at 5.2(17). If its supposed to be the same, please tell me I'm looking at the wrong place. (It shows the Unit Type as Dig DCPx16 .)

It is a 16 port station, and it is not filled up (14 in use). We have the system on a smoothing UPS.

Thanks for the quick replies. ILEC, CLEC, LIDB, NPAC...its all new to me. Once you get past the phone I'm generally lost. I am contacting Cox and Deltacom and pointing them in the direction of the NPAC. I should have looked for direction in here earlier.
