We currently got two critical errors but I'm not sure what they mean nor how to go about fixing them. I looked at the hard drive spaces and all looks ok with that.

That does not correct the problem. Do you think you have to have a Nortel USB headset in order for it to work?
I don't get it why it will not work with other VOIP phones connected to the same CS1000. Our CS1000 is then connected to a SL100 and they all work fine with the voice in both directions.
OK, here is a weird issues that I'm having. Today I installed the .exe i2050 from Nortel's site. I'm assuming that is a full version for 2 days because it is saying it will expire on Friday.

There is one number that is giving us some issues. When we call the number the voicemail pics up like normal, but right after the recording it says:
"meridian mail will disconnect in 10 seconds, press # to continue"

Ok this is my situation. Our Corp. Directory works, however it will not update and I can not get any new names on the phones.
On our TM in the .csv file I can see the changes, but for some reason its not uploading it for some reason even though the logs say it was successful.
