I have two extensions that are assigned to the Pool that have the button programmed to them when I do an "Inspect". However, when I pick the receiver the pool goes away and no matter what I do to get DT I get denied. I did notice in troubleshooting that other extensions (Working extensions)...

TTT, I did all that...there is only one greating recorded for that extension (Greating 1) and it is telling me that, that greating (Greating 1) is active. Is there something that I am or could be missing with what you are telling me?
