    I get back the proper value from the datareader.hasrows, I did a test display of the output in a label field and it returns properly, but not when i output during the false portion of the if, only during the true piece Travis http://www.bluelinenetworks.net

    there is a ticket id (autonumber) and ticket number (to look like a bigger company) in this format of yyyy-mmdd-xxxx, so the xxxx portion will be the count part (xxxx) would be generated by the count query(x). (First of the day being x+1 rather than x=0) Travis http://www.bluelinenetworks.net

    with terminal server liscences to the server, you can connect out to the others. you would have to specify an IP for each person and have their VNC client listen on just that IP. i think some of the others made this more complicated. As they did state, you can only help one user at a time...

    "A" record transfer

    you should have an "A" record for "WWW" under the companyname.com folder, change that to point to the new web server IP. if you dont already have a "mail" or other A record, add one to point to the current IP address of the OWA server Travis http://www.bluelinenetworks.net
