You will need to create and use a call variable this will resolve the issue you will be able to assign the OCD to the call var then route on the value within the call var
If you route to hunt group the call is no longer in the cc6 and therfore will show as a terminated call on your reports...

As a installation and support engineer i can say that not only is this the cheapest option it is also the best i have seen many times where the replication server locks up the data base on the live and standy by server.

You should find that the data dictionary is part of the help guides of the help menu and therefore you download these with out any external help needed

have a look at the internet setting for the pc as shown in the install guide of the NTP's
The internet settings can stop the real time displays being shown

Thanks that would work using a SCCS however this is a CC6 server and therefore there is no Voice Prompt Editor
So what do i need to do with a CC6 server ??
if my memory serves me right this is due to the sql server service not being started try manually starting the sql service and try to run the setup config util again
