    the other cards don't have any more analog lines.. they're all digital lines. In the system, in the 'line' section, there are 4 analog lines, and the one PRI.

    ...well this is not good. Just got off of the phone with Avaya. our version of CM (3.01) is not remotely upgradeable. they have to send a technician out to upgrade it... now why did my business partner not do this?? We have full coverage support, so.... ARGH!!!!!

    I think you may be right. I don't think the CM got it's update, as the server cert said it was good through 2018, but that may not have been the right cert.

    ...and to further explain, the VDNs that feed the vectors are queue'd to the Skill groups, for all 5 skills, which as you suggest would then be handled by the agent's login ID's even though the Skills are set to UCD-MIA. There is a hunt group for the call center, also, but that's not set to ACD...
