I am trying to get a client initiated L2tp vpn config working between a 1721 and a 2650 but I am having no luck. I feel like something is missing on the tunnel server, I have followed cisco's guides and their configs verbatim.

Is there a way I can configure some phones to only have the flashing light and no ringer sound. These phones are in sound editing rooms and any noise would be an interuption.
I am in NJ, I provide managed network services for clients but I dont want to get into the telephone business. I am comfortable managing the pbx but I do not want to keep going to froogle.com for all my equipment needs.

I am managing two IP500 systems, both very similar in config. One system shows the Time of day on the sets next to the extension and the other just has empty space. Can someone tell me where to look to get the TOD to display?
Ok, that all worked great. Now what about passing caller ID name information between the two systems, the number passes without issue not it says External for the name.

System 2 has extensions like this:

So on system 2 i set a incoming route with number 10xx and destination "."
System 1 i set an incoming route with number 18xx destination "." and 15xx destination "."

The email comes from avaya@jamesburg.local but the name in AD isnt being substituded for the default Avaya name.
Basically I would like the from to be:
"Voicemail" <avaya@jamesburg.local>
not
"IP Office Voicemail Pro Server"...
