    NS700 outcalling problem

Bisby - you nailed it on the head. We had a line failure (from the provider, ATT), and it happened to be on Line 3, which is the first grabbed by the dial 9 access stuff. So that's why it failed. All good now Thank you! Happy Holidays!

    NS700 outcalling problem

I'm hoping you weren't waiting on me, but I can report from my visit on Thursday, that the line that was down was due to the provider ATT. the system was not the culprit there. What I did also do while I was onsite, was test the dial 9 function. At no time does the dial 9, actually pick up an...

    NS700 outcalling problem

Good afternoon, we have options in the AA message for 7, 8 and 9 which dial on-call technicians in various parts of our service area. They each have a dial string similar to 919161234567 that is for the on-call service technicians. It was reported this weekend that it stopped working...

ns700 call forward to cell on demand

Ahhh... Okay, One Touch was probably where I was screwing up before. Thank you so much!!! I have another question on this forum that if someone can look at I'd appreciate it. It's at https://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1798720, but basically when you dial a 9, I believe the system...

ns700 call forward to cell on demand

Hello obtsystems, How do I program a button to do the forward? It seems like when I go to program the button, it won't accept the *. I'm assuming I'm just setting a speed dial? or do I setup a function? I'm not that familiar with the system. I've setup a lot of Avaya/ATT systems, and LOTS...

ns700 call forward to cell on demand

Hello everyone! I have a client with a NS700 system with a number of cordless and VoIP desk phones. One user would like to be able to "hit a button" and have his extension forwarded to his cell phone. And then be able to hit the button again to disable the feature. I've poked around with the...

    NS700 outcalling problem

Hello everyone!!! We have a problem that just cropped up on a Panasonic NS700 system. We have outcalling allowed in the attendant/VM by option, so inbound callers can be routed to the on-call technician on nights and weekends. This has been working perfectly until this last weekend. AT...

Mitel SX200 weird dialing issue (on some extensions)

Good morning crich01 - can this be done on the old ass SX200 LCD Super Console? This is an old SX200 (non IP) system. I might be onsite today for a bit, and can possibly shed some additional light, but it's not in stone yet. I can contact the maintenance people there and have them try stuff...

Mitel SX200 weird dialing issue (on some extensions)

Hey guys - sorry about the delay - these messages were in my junk mail folder for some reason. That won't happen anymore. Anyway - nytalkin makes a good point and I'll check it from the operator extension. If nothing is noted in the COR settings, would the operator extension take precedence...

Mitel SX200 weird dialing issue (on some extensions)

I have a client who is a hotel and has a 2 cabinet Mitel SRX200 system. There is a digital card for the console, and some office phones, and a bunch of analog cards for the rooms (98 room hotel). We have had to replace cards here and there for various issues, and even a controller module...

BASIC edition simple voicemailbox after hours

Hello to all! I am new to the IP office line, and the one I was handed is an IP Office 500 v2, 10.1.0.1.0 build 3, in BASIC mode. The customer just wants the calls, after hours, to go to extension 100's VM. This seems really difficult to setup for some reason. At some point, also, I lost my...
