everytime i'd call a trunk line. i heard the auto attendant message. and when i transfered to an extension, i have recieved and heard this message " that number cannot be reached by this service, pls. try again later". Does anyone tell me on how to program this feature. tnx

Im using LDK-100 and the Expansion Cabinet is not working. Two DTIB 12 ports...
it seems like that there's no issue on your configurations, check the wire first or the telephone socket, polarity, or else
if still not working try to move to another port/ TN....
What type of phone are you using? Make sure that you connect the wire properly or maybe check the Phone itself...
