Thanks KCFLHRC. The Telco is going to re-set the 3 T Spans in an hour. They say Trucks are showing disabled but I do not see that in LD 60. Only idle or busy. If a truck was in use when I access it would I have disconnected the call or would I hear conversation.

We have 25 BCM 50's installed and some of the voice mail cannot be accessed by entering star star (**) at the auto attendant. Is there a way to enable this and can I change the voice mail group DN number? One of the systems is set for DN 363 can I change it to DN 362?
