Just curious, is anyone here using the NDMP NAS Option & Tape Library option successfully on 11.1 or 11.5? We're having mixed results trying to get the ARCServe server to talk to a Network Appliance filer with an Overland tape library directly attached.

We run ARCServe 11.1 and we've had a number of problems with it. Needless to say their support is inadequate. I called in the other day with an issue, opened a case with the highest priority and it took 4+ hours for someone to get back to me AFTER I called and complained.
