Hi Guys,
I was trying to use nslookup command to convert a domain name to ip address but to no avail. I got the error message "Can't find server name for address 192.168.xxx.xxx. Non-existent domain". How do i resolve this issue?

XP1 could successfully ping server2003 as shown below:

I ping using computername. Sometimes i use ip address. I have tried to configure the DNS on the server to use 192.168.0.1, but unfortunately the issue still persist. I dont know what else to do man.

Thanks a lot for replying to my post. There is no DHCP running. My server200 is configured to obtain ip address manually. Yes both clients and server2003 ip addresses are in the range 192.168.0.x range. I can ping server2003 successfully from both xp pro clients but unable to ping...
