Having an issue with a LIM, I've never installed one before so don't really know much about them. Basically have a customer (who I'm dealing with remotely)who has installed a LIM on a 5330 set, boots the phone & gets the menu where he can configure the LIM, enters 6 for country code...
You can create a key appearence on all the phones in the group then divert the calls to that or upgrade to version 8 & set up a ring group (i think ring groups appeared in version 8 but not 100%)
Just received an email from the customer saying that external no.1 (the inbound number) hasn't been set to divert straight to the internal extn as I was originally told but in fact to divert to a group that the internal extn is a member of!!!
Tested a number diverted directly to the internal...
