OzzieGeorge,
Could you elaborate on the setting up and use of A and B modes? We need to forward the operator console to another station for a couple hours in the evening.
Thanks
Does it matter if the DNIS transmitted is larger than what a NEC 2000 is configured for? We are moving off the crap office@hand that ATT sold us on, among other issues it did not support NDIS and the toll free numbers were routed by having office@hand dial an extension. Moving to the IP...
Thanks Belevedere. Adjusting the settings in the sn716 configuration menu I was able to raise the default volume.
OzzieGeorge: It is a wired Plantronics H361.
Due to issues with her old headset I had to get our operator a new one. She complains that the volume on this one is a lot lower then the old one and she has to adjust the volume on every call. I checked to see that CM15135>13-15 =0 which are the typical restriction class's that we use. I...
My LD provider, AT&T, has stated to me that the old PRI's we are using are being phased out and that we need to switch to IP Flex. The package they are offering seems pretty good and would save my company a substantial amount of money. My biggest concern is that we have an NEC IPS2000, and...
Thanks,
I should have been a tad more specific. When the dss is put into night mode we still want it to go to the after hours message. But for a couple hours after the operator leaves we want it to go to one of the sales reps.
When our operator leaves for the day we'd like to forward all calls normally going there to a dterm station. I'm sure this is probably easy but for the life of me I cannot find the answer. can anyone point me in the right direction?
Hello,
I have a NEC 2000ips software version 3000 that we are trying to setup SMDR on port 0 of the MP which was being used for matworx (now setup to use IP). I have followed the steps posted here and in the manual as follows.
4000>0>14
4001>0>1
4002>0>1
4003>0>1
4004>0>0
4005>0>1
4006>0>1...
I cannot seem to find one anywhere even with many incarnations of google search terms. The reason I ask is we have a 2000 with version code: sc-2995 D2-0006.00
and I'm trying to find out what this is.
Thanks for any assistance.
