I am on a new install Avaya IPO 500 v2 8.1.43 with a UCM. I set an ip on the UCM when i had it in my lab. I was able to log in and out of it at will. Now onsite i am unable to log into the UCM via the ip address i set or the default ip 169.254.0.2.

Just the usual red x . I found the mail server address by pinging the name of their mail server. It may be wrong. Thier it people keep telling me that they do not have an ip address. I also added the uswer name and password for authentication and also a ip route.

Yes it shows the called number which is the last 4 digits of the DID and then shows calling number =unavailable.

I am having an issue getting a few new DID's to route in on incoming call routes. All the DID's are set up the same and Comcast is pushing back on me. I believe this is a Comcast issue. Has anyone ever had this issue before ?
