I think it will depend what you mean by 'Transferred'. Was the call "Overflowed" to SS2 or was it "Moved" to SS2? These are different types of call handling that can be applied to queued calls. Depends on how the call routing was configured in the BCM.
If the call Overflowed, it still queues...
HDView is a new software-only option for broadcasting RCC stats to a display panel. (Alternatively, RCC 2.6x will support the traditional LED wallboard.) In order to run HDView you will need to be on RCC 5.0

RCC 5.0 has successfully completed Avaya Compliance testing by the Avaya DevConnect Technical Team and has been officially accepted as compliant with Avaya's BCM Release 6.0 as of 12th Nov 2010

RCC 5.0 includes an optional feature called HDView
Avaya have performed compliance testing against the BCM Rls 5.0 and will repeat those tests against the BCM Rls 6.0 this week
This version is not going to be included in Avaya's BCM patches, as it will only be available in English...
Paul is correct in saying that if there are issues with the XML coming out of the BCM they need to be addressed - RCC is dependant on the data sent to it.
