UPS not communicating
HI I have a tripplite UPS, SU1500RTX, i want to control its behavior using PowerAlert software provided by Tripplite, my surprise it's when i connect it via USB or Comm port, it can be detected by the machine, can anyone give any guidance about this, maybe updateing firmware i could solve it?- gersonalvarez

Automatic restart on UPS
Hi Friends I'm using a Smartonline 1500 VA Tripplite UPS I've installed the PowerAlert software that comes with it, i've also configured the shutdown event correctly, now my problem occurs when the power is restored, my server does not restart automatically, it seems that Windows 2003 server...- gersonalvarez
