I have, but I don't get that when I right click on that page.. I just get COM Bojects and Variables, and I can't do anything with them, it's driving me nuts.

in the manager, create a hunt group, go to the queuing tab, enable it.. set your queue lenght to 3 and you're set
make sure you have some kind of MOH set on the IP Office to have it play to the caller.

Guys, what would be the best way to acomplish that.
I need to have a complaints box that doesn't have a physical extension attached to it.
I just need the vm indicator to light up on a physical extension.

It still gets lost.. I added the EVAL line.. at the generic action... and tried with $KEY and $CLI in the transfer description, but the number still gets lost.
Guys, one more question, the number is displaying correctly now, but as soon as I answer the call it goes away and it just displays the caller ID, is there somewhere that I can configure something for the number to stay displayed on the pnone once the called is picked up?
