    System Down-IPS2000

Yes I have sent a request and am waiting for a response from them. I think I have found a back up data from 2013 which could be of interest, at least to start with. It is in ofd. file format. I do not have a reader for this file extension. Any suggestion on a free file converter or reader that...

These are the settings Ozzie. 3512>30:2 (So it is set to 3 digits. We have 3 digit extensions) 3518>30:1-0 (changed 1 to 0) Still no change. 200>B5:none While digging around I found the numbering plan dated 2012 and B5 has feature code a086. I will make changes and let you know of outcome...

    System Down-IPS2000

I tried a C load but found out that some extensions were locking up. I think due to moving around core extensions when we used the 3PIM. Therefore I had to do a clean load. I tried your suggestion Ozzie but still the same. Before the weekend we had the tech visit and he managed to get the LCR...

    System Down-IPS2000

Hi, it has been a while since I last posted. A lot has happened and so would like to update. We did receive the 5pim card and I installed, did a clean load and re-entered all Data, extensions and LENs. We have waited and waited.. for the tech for over a week and so I decided to have a go at...

For the extension the prime line with the line key is programmed.I have gone as far as changing the phone but still the same. No incoming call. There is no indication on a called extension such...

    System Down-IPS2000

The backup database could not be loaded so we had to manually reprogram the ports thru the dterm. Not a easy task with 100 phones! The tech was unable to connect via the LAN but was able to via the dterm.I suspect the network port on the faulty card is also gone. We tried it onto the new one...

    System Down-IPS2000

The card finally arrived and your fears were correct OzzieGeorge. It is a 2PIM licensed card and we have 5 PIMs. After plugging it in only 2 PIMs are lighting up. I have managed to get our core extensions working while waiting for another card that is being ordered. We have confirmed that it is...

    System Down-IPS2000

Most probably the CPU is coming from Australia as that is where cards and stuff are ordered from I hear. You are correct belevedere, looking online I am unable to find CP-24-D but have located CP-24-A. What is the difference between them. Does it matter if we purchase and use the latter...

The techs did come up and had a look at it. They even swapped the psu as suggested by OzzieGeorge. But still the same. They suspected the CP-24-D MP card is faulty. We just ordered one and are waiting for delivery. Thanks everyone. g!le.
