Thanks for the help Ive never done a config back up before and still having no luck with solarwind or TDTPD32. When I do get it to at least recognize the 5520 I get a error of timeout occured.

Looking for step by step instructions on using TFTPD to download an existing 5520 configuration to my desktop as a backup and to later upload to a new 5520. thanks

What are or where can I find the steps to move some digital licenses from one CS1000 to another? Pooling is turned on and I have received the keycodes from Avaya. Its been awhile since I have worked directly on the M1, back then there where no licenses issues.

This is a great site and amazingly helpful. I have to maintain a site with multiple CS1ks,MG1ks and soon a SL100 migrating to a 2100. Is anyone aware of a SL100 and or 2100 similar to this site?
