Can someone please provide assistance on how to configure MCR on a M3905 phoneset.
I have a user who has key 0 programmed for ACD, key 1 SCR, key 2 NRD, key 3 MSB, key 4 DWC, key 5 ACNT, key 6 ASP, and key 7-15 are clear. Keys 16-28 are programmed keys.
I want to add MCR for Key 1...

I did call our vendor and I am just waiting for someone to call me back. I figure in the meantime, I would look to see if I can isolate where this script or prompt is being played.

I have a small call center consisting of 1 agent. When the agent is logged off the phone, and I call our ACD que, an emergency phone message is played.
What I would like to see happen is when the agent is logged off the queue and someone gets transfered to that queue, I would like that person...

To get this to work, I had to create a SDN in Callpilot and then associate the Application Name to Voice Messaging. After that, all worked fine.

What I had to do to get this to work was to create a new Service Directory Number in Callpilot and then point the Application Name to Voice Messaging and then all tested ok.

I need to forward a DN to our Callpilot voice messaging system.
I've setup an ACD ext 579 and I NCFW that extension to 7000 (Callpilot voice messaging service.
When I am calling in from the outside and I press extension 579, it gets routed to 7000, however I get the message stating...

I am finalizing the implementation of a Workforce management system in our Call Center.
I have 3 x 3 digit ACD queues that I need translated to a new bank of 3 digit extensions that was setup by a Nortel engineer.
Basically I would like to have our current Call Center queue...
I noticed that several GRTD users have their Desktop Password retry count set to 0. Other agents have 6653.
Users who have their count to 0 can not login.
Does this setting need to be changed and if so, how do you change it?
