Thank you for the response , i am yet to actually go onsite to see find out the situation mostly i imagine they expect the dumps to also go to Drive A or B , i just needed to understand what i should be looking for to insure nothing is missed out and why it might not be backing up to...

This error was not there before, only happened when i recycled the 81c, any way i can troubleshoot this situation am not entirely sure how to go about it some pointers would be highly appreciated.

I just power cycled an 81c [ power maintenance window ] and on boot i happen to have this error coming up on console , as am fairly new to this system i am not sure what this error means or what i should do in that case;

Am curious how can you find out *ALL* phones & type connected to a meridian 81c , including information like TN, extension , DID, MAC, IP ADDR , HUNT GROUP can such information be collected in one swoop , so that you can now all assigned attributes to a handset within an office building.

One quick question i read you have to type LOGO everytime you log out of the meridian system to restart bg routines , is this only when you have exited the overlay or even if you just login to check if a username and password is correct that you have to type LOGO before you...
