I just changed a departments phones to a ACD group to recieve calls on a new call center DN. I kept all of their old DN's on thier phones, putting them on button 3. now when they get voicemails on their DN (button 3) the red led nor the arrow by the mwk is not lighting up. The TN is the MARP...
