    Yeah, LD32 stat is only working by individual unit, thanks for sigserv tip. I can definitely go 1 by 1, but I knew there had to be a better way I was overlooking. Thanks all.

    Sounds like you're out of VM seats... If it's defaulting to an info mailbox that's generally the issue.

    Norstarguy, I feel your pain. Despite what Nortel says, the upgrade tool is ultimately unpredictable at best. I've done about 30 upgrades for the local school district on MICs software from 2.0-4.1 upgraded to 7.0 and now 7.1. Sometimes you just run into a KSU that the upgrade tool doesnt...
