What is the easiest way to wipe data from 2000IPS and Zeacom Server version 4.1. Other than deleting all mailboxes. Is there a easy way to reset the Zeacom server to clear all Data. We are moving company offices and moving to a new phone system. New tenants in old location want us to leave the...
I should not say Prime Line since I changed the Prime line to the virtual station and the caller ID still sent what was assigned to 2211 the regular extension.
Which brings up another question. I removed the 2211 station key and left only the virtual one. When I looked in Zeacom it still showed...
I have some things in mind but so far only the caller id for the prime line goes out. I can change the prime line all day to anything I want and it will send out the called id. If I choose the virtual line and call out the prime line caller id goes out. In Zeacom I see the call going out and it...
Not sure how to read it. I come from Nortel and Avaya.

1355 was set to 1 for each extension. From looking at the command manual I need to set it to 0?
1212 is set to none. Yes carrier accepts caller id from us. With Prime line I can send any number and can change it to what I want it to send. If I send nothing the carrier sends a local DID number we have.
I have a 20000 IPS and a collections dept that wants to choose what caller ID to send out depending on what state they are calling to. There are 4 states each with a different Toll Free number that they want to send. In 5005 I added the numbers. THe prime line for their phone is 2211. I made 4...
Ok, so I was able to get the new PRI to work both inbound and outbound. I confirmed New carrier is set to NI2 but I changed my card setting to Northern Telecom and inbound and outbound calls are now working. Not sure why but everything is working now and that is all that matters.
Carrier is sending 4 digits. Confirmed they are sending 2085. PBX is set to receive 4 digits. Currently receive 4 digits from current carrier. This PRI is replacing a working PRI. I tried all 3 PRI cards with same results from new carrier. Outbound works inbound does not. No fault messages for...
Have a new carrier coming in. Using their PRI as back up to other two PRI from different carriers. REplacing third PRI with new carrier. Have 3 PRI cards in system. Putting new carrier on third PRI card. Outbound calls work but inbound calls do not. Below is infomation from carrier. Have had...
Kiwiinla,
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. The transfer to External numbers was already checked but the Mailbox One Touch option wasnt. After checking it they are able to transfer to desktop. I guess it had to to with running desktop as a mailbox user. Thanks again. Zeacom tech...
Does anyone know if there is a setting in Zeacom that prohibits trunk to trunk transfers. We have an NEC 2000IPS and a voip system connected by tie line. When a call is transfered using Zeacom desktop the call is dropped when transfering. Trunk to trunk is allowed in the NEC. When we dont use...
Right now we have a 2000 IPS and a voip system using cisco 2921 gateway. We have a tie line between the two systems so we can do interoffice extension to extension dialing. My question is this. If I send the 2000IPS an outbound call can I get the NEC to route the call out the T1s on the NEC. Can...
In looking at feature codes on the 2000 IPS I noticed in our system that code 70, 71 and 81 have A084 ( OAI Terminal Mode Set Facility (MSF). Is there a reason to have this feaure set for 3 different codes. Do these have anything to do with Zeacom?
I am new to Switchvox. My company has a location we acquired that uses Digium Switchvox SMB Edition 4.0 for PBX. They have a asterisk gateway to take calls from PSTN and pass to the Switchvox. In extensions.conf the DID routing is set up to send calls according to DNIS coming in. When calls are...
I have an extension that when I try to do Call forward no answer or call forward busy using the feature access code the display shows restrict and I can not forward calls. how do I remove the restriction. The restriction is not on all phones so I know it is not a global setting.
I have 2 locations about 60 miles apart. One has a NEC 2000 IPS other has an Difium switchvox. Whats the best and easiest way to tie the two switches together. If you dial an extension on one switch calls are routed to the location with that extension and vice versa.
How do I look up info on...
