Currently we don't have any Exchange server, I am going to build soon. I believe in Wins server 2003 environment we can RENAME domain.
Because if I had to REBUILD domain name, there would be a tonne of task to take into account.
So it would be so much easier if I...
Hi Brandon
Thanks for your reply. I restarted DHCP client service, it does not help.
What should I check on the configuration for both dhcp scope and server?
Since I just changed the scope from:

TO
192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.200.

Hi all
I just wanted a second opinion please.
we are going to get Exchange 2007 and renaming our Domain name as well. So should I rename the domain name first then get Exchange 07 up and runing later, or it does not matter either way. Renaming a Domain name can be done in 2003 server...
Hi all
As we are moving away from POP3, Can you please tell me what I really need for a server Exchange 07 in terms of hardware such as memory, raid etc fpr start.
Should I get Ms wins 2003 or 2008?
We have 50 users and they are growing rapidly.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Cheers
Hi Jack
Thanks for your try. This is not my case unfortunately.
However with someone's help, I added (A) record to my DNS Zone corresponding to our website with the IP address, then I am able to resolve by the name.
Once again thank you all for your help and support.
Cheers
Hi Cory
Thanks for your reply
Yes, some can resolve the name, some can't, I did try ipconfig /flushdns to clear the dns cache. But it did not help much. Any other ideas? Thanks a lot
Cheers
Hi all

Hi all
Yes brianinms is right. As I am working on it, now I am able to do as follows
INTERNAL -> DMZ (using RDC)
INTERNET -> DMZ (WEB SERVER)
DMZ -X-> INTERNAL
but I can't ping dmz host from internal host atm. I should be able to, I am still struggling with that.
Thanks
Cheers
Hi
It is a base version. I think with a base version we can do internal > DMZ and DMZ > Internet NOT concurrently. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers
Hi
Thanks for your helpand I did that, but it does not work in both ways, internal -> DMZ host nor Internet -> DMZ host.
