Hi All, We have a Nortel Norstar Modular Plus phone system. Please excuse my lack of knowledge with this subject - I work exclusively in the IT Team and was asked to take on the phone system a while back without training. Simple hunt group solution, please assist with name appearance
Just run this by me because I'm confused at how I can get the Hunt group to display on screen when it calls. You are saying just by assigning the line that is currently on the handset to the hunt group that the name of the hunt group (say, name1) will appear on a members phone screen? Ok from the beginning. I have setup an extension and physical phone, the phone will be permanently set to forward to a hunt group. The number will be rung by staff and will forward to the hunt group, this is working fine, however, it is not meeting the requirements defined in the original...- guitaristanime
