hi, now i know what is the problem. when i use physical % complete as the earned value method (as i usually) then the visual report does not work. BUT when the method % complete is used, also the report is working.

i have tasks, amount of work and then resources named for the task. each resource has a cost per day value. when i'm fig. on the tracking gantt view i get all correct values for bsws, acwp and bcwp, as well as cpi and spi. but...visual report does not give the proper result. what do you mean by...

yes, you're rught: i made a mistake, had two cpi's instead of cpi and spi. is it so that after setting the baseline to a project i should only work wtht the tracking gantt view? soili
