Found that if you check the tick box "enable user interface" you can then change the name and spec prefix. Not sure what "enable user interface" does? When you change the name and spec prefix to 71/72 what else does that change other than allowing us to create the exts. 11/19, 110/119, 1100/...

ok, went to sys prop page and found the name and spec prefix and it will not change! I tried 71,71,21,22,29 89 91,92 ect. just won't change to anything diff. Another #48 win?????

thanks for your suggestion, but "no dice"! went back to the site & installed again, F983, press 2 : Pri Lang, Sec Lang, Grp List, Lead Dig, CP UI, Sys Config. No option to change name or spec prefix????? uninstalled & went back to Flash vm. this is a CP150 3.0 any ideas????? MW2 needs new...

Little more info...are you wanting to get to a mbox from the AA? Did this used to work and now it's not working the way it did before? Does the ext# have pswd entered in Mngr under User/Vmail tab? Is it a prob for just 1 ext. or all exts? MW2 needs new Maps....ASAP

3.2 no tick box or tab for announc....Queing On, tick box...in VM Pro goto Groups... ADD, paste gr. name, must be exactly the same...select Queued....brings up start point...as tlpeter said use generic or menu will work.....note...if the menu has options for the caller's to press...

In the menu programing go to "selector code" modify "1" to be a "direct extension transfer" this will send calls to extensions starting w/ 1X. Do the same for "2" if you have exts 2X and same for 3 ect.....should work for you... MW2 needs new Maps....ASAP

Maybe this might work...if Customer has caller ID....enter msg checker's callerID into an incoming call route, destination to short code or menu w/ owner access option......I've used this before for the same situation....had a lady needing to check msgs @ the office from home every night....same...

I just benched an older 3.2 mod and pointed the dir to 3.2.999... went to upgrade and does'nt even give a tick box to upgrade to 3.2.999....just upgraded right to 4.2 or 6.2 I should say.... MW2 needs new Maps....ASAP

Yes, upgrade all to the same version....in your case your 400 DS 5.2.53 translates to 3.2.53, upgrade w/ 5.0.18 Mngr will then show 7.0.18 MW2 needs new Maps....ASAP

Wow, that sucks, I hate that....and it happens all the time..."nothing honest"....Installed a job for an ecenomic Baptist Church last week...they got all there expansion modules fr. Metro and none of them came w/ shielded patch cable....must be alot out there w/ the wrong cable....what issue...
