Hi Rick998, Done as you suggessted Unfortunatelly old problem is present and remains. My sensation is this conflic is between IE 8 and Adobe Flas player, When I desable Flash Player ( only that one )- other add-ons Enabled- no more problems - all is O.K. IE is not slow.

Yes, I uninstalled both these two programs of IObit. I can see the Adobe Flash Player 12 Active X, and Adobe Shockvawe Player 12.0 in Add or Remove IObit Uninstaller and IObit System Care were uninstalled too.
