This may be asking too much but... How do you get the autoattendant to handle calls instead of a station? It is programmed to ring to a station then it goes to that stations mailbox. The station doesn't exist any more and I want the calls to go the AA. Here is the print of the ACD and trunk...

That is not good to hear. Our system must be funked up. I tried adding it as an mcr and got sch0369--Function conflicts with existing call arrangement. I deleted the scr off of both phones, thinking that was the issue, but it won't let me program it in.

I have an analog programmed as a SCR on two digital 3904's. They are able to pick up the calls at the same time. Should I just delete the key and reprogram it? POD is set on both phones and there are other analogs programmed as SCR on those phones that this does not happen. Any thoughts?

This 3904 has four lines, when the first line is in use the second line will buzz. How do I change it to ring and not buzz. Seems easy but could not find any previous posts.

After replacing the 2616 with a 3904 the calls will not rollover. The DIDs are 400, 700. 740, 741. Is this something to do with MARP. I put the MARP on the 3904 and only one call will come in. The other calls just ring endlessly. If I put the MARP back on the old phone the calls come in. Any...
