I have the following in my hosts file:
host mail # cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 host.domain.com host localhost
I'd be curious if anyone could provide their headers (the initial received from) to confirm your not seeing the same problem I am.

I did modify the .cf file, to include the following line:
Dj$w.domain.com
Unfortunately, my test is still showing localhost:
