Using IPO R9, got T1 direct to extension 769 in incoming call route, customer need a feature when any internal extensions call 769 will redirect outside a mobile number. Seems extension number >> shortcode....how can i trick IPO to do.... Anyone can help? cheers

Dear All, Two IP500v2 tied with SCN, both using softconsole, with Embedded VM. Softconsole BLF can see the extensions status (busy, Call Forward, DND, Idle) of users from remote IP500v2. BUT can't see the number of new voicemail. I can see the number of new messages using system status...
