    I can't re-call the version of Manager of the top of my head but am very sure it's in line with the IP Office version. The rebooting thing, whilst very annoying, doesn't happen all the time, maybe 1 in 15 merges. So although is a problem, one I can come back to later :-) I'm going to reboot...

    I know, but they're reluctant to upgrade as we may be moving on to Communications Manager within months. We have pretty much outgrown the IP Office.
