    21-13 is if you want outside callers to see extension users DID number so they can call direct not involved in your original request

    I would enable 14-01-24 (check box) for all trunks, then set up call forward test extension and call it If you just want to try one trunk, for example 23, check box. To choose a particular trk, press SPK #9, 023 for trk 23, then just dial number 21-13-01 is for extension user making outbound...

    Look at Pgm 14-01-24 (enable)and 21-12-01, 21-13-01 Also the provider must allow outbound caller id over ride on the circuit
