aha, disable is what I was missing. I'm used to Cisco IOS. Disabled the stack, and now it boots in 2.5 minutes; that's a significant improvement. It still sits at the AAA prompt for a few seconds though, but not 2-3 minutes like before. Thanks!- kingmoocow2
