Hello I know you are all going to say uninstall and install Xima....
However,
I have a customer that is very invested in CCR already they have used for along time and like the product (within reason).
They had an issue and I have had to upgrade the entire suite and now they have inherited a...

Maybe the sockets are just structured cabling and this would only tell you the patch panel location and then you would have to trace the cable in the cabinet to the IP Office.. ? maybe they have had office moves and hence not lablled in the new location ?
what if the user has voicemail and...
Yeah, I suppose maybe I need to take a look a bit more seriuosly.
I hear Oak has just launched a new one specific for IP Office also.

Not sure about R9 but R8 was easy as tipter says above you can use the 2010 client and it works quite happily.
The only part I have not yet worked out is getting the outlook presence to mine with the One-x presence but that is because its a hosted email system. I don't think they will let me...
Check the event logs also but as hairless said it can take years off you.
I had hair and was only 21 when I started looking at CCR... I'm now Bald and 38..
I started looking at CCR about a year or two ago... It ages you!

What build of IP Office version 7 do you have ?
I had the issue on an earlier version of 7 after the server had rebooted and installed a load of updates.
The solution was to upgrade the IP500,CCR, VM pro and One X all to the last version of 7.0.

Install VM pro on your laptop connect to system - see if this works then you can at least narrow down it is the server with the issue.
If it can ping it then it's a port issue....
99% of the time in my experience it is going to be a firewall / anti virus / spyware issue.
deactivate them all...
Nah I have eliminated that by setting report day from 06:00 - 23:00. the hours of work are 9:00 - 5:00 having said that..... there are 'users' there..

Hello all,
Have recently had a system upgraded to 8.1 (69) and CCR seems to be playing up..
Pull a report and group by day and the data all seems fine, Pull the same report and group by agent and the report is about three times and big and it all just seems to be duplicated nonsense!
I have...
I have seen Voicemail pro fail multiple times as people have restarted the server due to 'windows' updates however when the Server restarts it will also apply any updates for firewalls and anti virus software and these are notorious in blocking ports...
I hate Mcafee nuff said!
Avaya, Alcatel...
I had that recently turned out to be something to do with Exchange blocking port 25.... IT department sorted it....
Normally its a firewall / spyware issue.
