We have a Workcentre Pro 7655 and want to know how to turn off the report that is printed when a job is submitted with incorrect or unauthorized accounting codes...we just want to look at the report on screen if needed.
I set up an order form with automatic calculations. The calculations are working line by line, but the subtotal at the bottom only returns a value if there is more than one entry on the order. I have double checked that I included all the fields I want summed, but it doesn't return anything...
I have set up an order form that calculates the quantity x price = total on each line...at the bottom, there is a subtotal. Even when my form has no quantities entered the subtotal calculation keeps returning 1 instead of 0.
Not sure how to fix this. I can send the document i'm having...
I have an order form set up to calculate the total cost of Quantity*price...it works fine except that when there is no quantity entered it is returning a $0.00 instead of staying blank. How do I get it to stay blank?
