I have a working BCM400 rls 4.0 all patches, got a call that a few of the 7316s displays were not working. The phone works however the display disappears shortly after the ShowTime button is pressed. No errors on the BCM, sets are on multiple cards, DSM16+, 4x16 and G4x16.
I have a CallPilot 201i rls 2.0 that has recently began to give me trouble. Last week I got the call the the voicemail stopped working, came in to find that the hard drive was overheating even though the room temp. is at 57 degrees (way cool enough). Put a fan on the server overnight, rebooted...
When I try to browse to my previously working CallPilot 201i server I now get a blank screen with "error ASP 0115, unexpected error, /cpmgr/login.asp, A trapable error occured in an external object. The script cannot continue running." Nothing has been done to the Opt11C or the CallPilot 201i...
I am going to be upgrading a 5 cabinet Option 11C (with 2 IP cabinets) from 4.5 to rls 5.5. I have yet to do a 5.5 upgrade but have done other releases. Do I also need to upgrade the SSC's in the IP cabinets also? All cabinets with SSC cards are at 4.50. I will have more questions, I will...
Thank you for the help, I believe that we are at the current DEP list for rls 4.0, however if it is a PI patch I will probably have to open a ticket with Nortel to get the problem resolved. Thanks again.
Its very strange that this has worked for years and now this just starts happening? I know that the Opt11C was INI'd a few weeks ago, maybe something with the INI could have effected this?
I have an Opt11C 4.0, SECC 4.2, CallPilot 2.0. The situation is that the customer has branches in other states that forward their 800 numbers or main numbers to a DID at the location of the SECC. The SECC works correctly however for the Out of Hours Service the calls should route to ext. 17XX...
I have a customer who just installed an new ACU and I get one way audio. I can hear them from the ACU however they cannot hear me. I did read the manual, what type of set should it come up as ? HF answerback is checked, HF is set to auto (tried every option), tried another digital port, same...
I am having a problem with a Digital Mobility Handset (7420) randomly rebooting/disconnecting on a BCM400 4.0. They have DM sets that are working properly with no trouble, the set has been replaced, the battery has been changed and is fully charged, the port has been switched, the antennae are...
Yep, you definately need to have ports cross connected to the/a Norstar for the LAN port (LED 6) to even light up so you can browse to it. So it appears that you can't program a CallPilot 150/Mini ahead of time unless you have a spare Norstar laying around. Great.....
